Supervisory Board

The powers and responsibilities of the supervisory body in the Company are determined in the positive regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as in the acts of the Company. Additionally, certain acts of the Company detail the powers and responsibilities of the Supervisory Board.

Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company are:

Board of Directors

The members of the Board of Directors manage the Company, ensure that the Company operates in accordance with the risk management rules, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Insurance Supervision, exercise control over the risks of the operation, ensure that the Company properly maintains the trading books and other accounting documentation, evaluate the items in the business balance sheets and prepare periodic and annual reports. The organizational structure, as well as the operation of the Board of Directors in the Company, are fully in line with the positive regulations. 22 In accordance with the provisions of the Statute, the Board of Directors of the Company is composed of 5 five members.
