Carriers Liability Insurance (CMR)

This policy allows you to take responsibility for safely transporting the shipments entrusted to you. As a carrier, you are insured against liability for damages to the clients, that is, to the cargo owners, in international and domestic transport.

This insurance is designed in accordance with the CMR Convention and may include:

• Each carrier with a commercial vehicle/truck/tow truck receives an annual policy per vehicle, which is valid for all transportation during the year.
• Each organiser of transport (for all vehicles, own and/or rented) – the policy is concluded annually, and each transport is reported separately.

These are just some of the possible damages for which your liability can be proven while carrying out the transport:

• Total or partial loss of shipments;
• Damage to shipments and containers;
• Delayed shipments.
