It provides peace of mind, knowing you have assistance for the medical treatment and care you need.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> VOLUNTARY COLLECTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE IN CASE OF <\/strong><strong>CRITICAL <\/strong><strong>ILLNESS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Critical illness insurance cover provides security and protection against financial difficulty at unexpected and most undesirable moments, in the event of a first-time diagnosis of one of the following 14 serious illnesses, defined in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insumak.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Dopol.uslovi-za-dobrov.kolek_.-zdr.osig_.-za-slucaj-na-teski-bolesti-11.05.2020.pdf\">Terms and Conditions for Insurance<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Malignant tumors;<\/li>\n<li>Stroke;<\/li>\n<li>myocardial infarction;<\/li>\n<li>Coronary artery bypass graft;<\/li>\n<li>Surgical treatment of aorta;<\/li>\n<li>Surgical treatment of heart valves;<\/li>\n<li>Organ transplantation;<\/li>\n<li>HIV caused by blood transfusions;<\/li>\n<li>HIV infection contracted during professional exposure;<\/li>\n<li>Multiple sclerosis;<\/li>\n<li>Alzheimer&#8217;s disease;<\/li>\n<li>Parkinson&#8217;s disease;<\/li>\n<li>Encephalitis;<\/li>\n<li>Chronic kidney disease<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> VOLUNTARY COLLECTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE<\/strong><strong> IN <\/strong><strong>CASE OF <\/strong><strong>SURGICAL TREATMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This insurance provides coverage for surgeries (i.e., surgical interventions or other procedures) resulting from illness or accident during the period of insurance that were not indicated before the start of coverage.<\/p>\n<p>We offer two packages that differ in the number of operations covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Short Package<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 List of Operations shown in Table 1 of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insumak.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Dopol.uslovi-za-dobrov.kolek_.-zdr.osig_.-za-slucaj-na-operacii-11.05.2020.pdf\">Insurance Terms and Conditions<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extended Package<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 List of Operations shown in Table 2 of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insumak.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Dopol.uslovi-za-dobrov.kolek_.-zdr.osig_.-za-slucaj-na-operacii-11.05.2020.pdf\">the Insurance Terms and Conditions<\/a>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR OUTPATIENT AND INPATIENT TREATMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Private health insurance for outpatient and inpatient treatment covers expenses for specialist health services, diagnosis and treatment in private health care institutions.
